Aunty Jenny Chua moved from Singapore to Melbourne over 20 years ago and has been sharing her love for Singaporean cuisine through cooking demos for over a decade.

About the Dish: Economic Fried Beehoon is one of the most beloved breakfast meals in Singapore, found in every hawker center. Its name "economic" suggests it used to be an affordable meal, but this may no longer be true! This stir-fry dish can be customized with your favorite meat and leafy greens or made more authentic with fried veggies, chicken wings, tofu, fish cakes, eggs, hot dogs, and luncheon meat. I believe every Singaporean has their favourite economic fried beehoon stall, and nothing beats that childhood taste. It is not easily found here in Melbourne, and is something I miss dearly from home...

Join us to learn how to make this delicious and hearty meal with Aunty Jenny!
